Good morning and Happy Friday :) Today is the start of a new Stamp Something Challenge week. This week's challenge is a sketch and is a great one and is being sponsored by Dog Gone Stamps.
For my card I used a stamp called Sledder Boy. Looks like he's having fun isn't he. I just can't imagine myself looking that cute going down a big 'ole snowy hill.
I was so excited because I got to use mostly scraps for this card. The card base is Kraft from Papertrey ink and the designer paper is from TaDa Creative Studios. Its from one of their their holiday lines called Fa La La La La, but what I like about it is that its understated and yet still festive, but it doesn't scream Christmas. And check out that ribbon. I got it from My Little Ribbon Shop and check it out - a perfect match! And the sentiment is also from Papertrey ink.
I also used my Copics to color in my image and did a bit of paper piecing with the scarf. I think it was the perfect touch. I was going to do his hat too, but decided against it.
You've got all week until Thursday night to play along. Make sure to head on over and see the other DT samples.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
