I had a great time with this stamp set. This first card I titled "Classic Red Rose" Who doesn't love a true red rose? I used Copics to color in all my roses and then by the time I was done... there was no way I was covering up any of my long labor (lol). And yes, I will be totally honest here. It took a long time to color it all in.
Ribbon is some sheer stuff from Michaels and the tag is Nestabilities. The sentiment is from Charlie Daisy.
My next card also uses June Rose, but I went with a softer, more romantic look, but still tried to keep it pretty simple.
I stamped the image with Versamark and then used Gold Embossing powder to outline it. Then I used my Le Plume markers and a Waterbrush. There is a background stamp that I used too create the piece covered by the crocheted lace. Does it look familiar? Its the same stuff that I love so much, but this time, I used a coordinating Copic marker and colored parts of the lace. Finally I finished it off with an EK Success border punch.

Beautiful! Your roses are stunning!
Hi Katie! Wow! What a lot of hard work you put into these lovely June Rose samples! Your gold image embossing on the 2nd card and your coloring is just lovely and I adore your first card with all that rose background stamping/coloring! Whew! I would've been tired of coloring the roses after the 4th one! Beautiful work, Katie.

Katie, Your cards are great. I love all the roses on the first card. The gold embossing on the second card really adds a lot. I like the look of the lace too. Fab ideas!!
How beautiful your rose card is. I thought it was patterned paper. I am so impressed with the way you ladies make Copic markers work for you. I really would love to try them.
