Waltingmouse Stamps Blog Hop

Hi everyone! Welcome to Waltingmouse Stamps very 1st blog hop. I'm thrilled to be able to participate.

The Hop starts at Claire's blog and you can always refer back there if you get lost in the process. So without further ado, here is my card. I wish I had more stamps of Claire's, but for right now I have Claire's Very Vintage Labels 4 set, although I adore all the "nestie friendly" sets.

The theme of the blog hop is "spring" and since I don't have any images yet, I opted to go with a sentiment theme and since I often think of "spring" along with babies, I chose to create a baby card.

I used a stamp from the labels 4 set and paired it with some great cardstock and paper from Papertrey ink. I stamped the image in the lavender and then stamped it again in the darker purple, cut the oval out of the darker purple and then used pop dots to lift it off the lavender image.

A very simple card, but perfect for that "spring" baby.
