Hi! I hope you are having a very nice Saturday. We had T-Ball in the AM so we've been lazy since then. The weather is completely different today. Just two days ago, we were all melting and today, I want to cozy up to a fireplace with a cup of coffee.
Anyway, I wanted to share a card that I made for the Stamps and Smiles Sketch Challenge. This flower is part of the Hello Spring set. The images is cute and easy to color. I also wanted to use up some things I had so that is where the background comes in. I stamped that background weeks and weeks ago, but saved it and figured I'd use it some day. Yay, some day finally arrived! Hey, that set is called Background Blocks and is retired, but you should head on over to Clear Dollar Stamps and check out the retiring section - AKA - CLEARANCE - CHEAP!
And the second thing I wanted to use of were these Flair buttons that are from American Crafts. I won a couple of packages as blog candy and they aren't normally something I would have, but I do and I wanted to use them, so here they are.
Overall, I ended up with a cute, fun, and springy card!
Thanks for coming to visit and I hope you continue to have a wonderful day.
I'll be back later tonight/tomorrow with a card I made for the Papercraft Planet Clear Dollar Color Challenge. If you have time, head on over and check out the colors and make a card. We'd love to see it!
