Hi all! We made it to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho in one piece. Kevin drove in the truck with the boys and I rode with Eden in her car. We left our house around 10ish and arrived in Idaho around 6pm. Not really too bad since we made a stop in Seattle to get Eden and a few stops here and there.
But this is the exact reason why we are in such a quandary over vehicles. We have 2 cars, one big truck that seats all 5 of us with loads of room because we have a very nice canopy on it and a smaller wagon that also seats 5. The problem is when anybody visits or we want to pick up somebody -- no room in our car and that means 2 cars wherever we go... but what kind of car to get. I really don't want to be stuck with 2 SUV type vehicles, but it just seems like its going to be really tough not to.
Anyway, I'll get to the crafting bit... I did this card for the Clear Dollar Weekend Color Challenge over at Papercraft Planet. This is a great way to make sure you are inspired to use your Clear Dollar Stamps.
The host this weekend was Shawne and she chose Chocolate Chip, Old Olive, and Mustard. I picked the closest colors I had and used the stamp set called Old Wagon. I used Versacolor Black and then used clear embossing powder and my heat gun. Then I used my waterbrush and my LePlume Markers . Then added some stitching. Designer Paper is from Basic Grey.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Oh Katie I just love this card of yours. The old rustic scene in the veld conjours up many happy memories of growing up on a farm. Glad you a great break. Hugs from Desire
