I'm in love and a sketch

Wow, can I say that I am in love with this Basic Gray Paper!! This is the first time that I had purchased the 6x6 sets of Basic Grey and I have liked all the sets that I've gotten, but this particular set is just gorgeous. Its called Sugared and I love the rich, warm browns with the hints of pink and lavender. If you find this paper as yummy looking as I do, you need to go over to Limelight Papercrafts and get yourself some.

I also paired my new paper with my new stamps :) I also ordered some Unity Stamps that Mandy just got in at Limelight too. They are quite affordable and are cushioned red rubber cling mounted stamps. Go take a peek and I'm sure you will fall in love with the ones at the store.

For today's card, I combined this fabo paper with Lauren Meader's Saturday sketch. Lauren always says "play" with the sketch and I did just that. Her card looks great following it, but for some reason I just couldn't get mine to work out right so I added a bit here and there. In the end, I'm quite pleased with how it turned out. The image is from one Unity set and the sentiment is from another and I used Martha Stewart's flower punch for my flowers. To add just little something, I also added the Kaisercraft pink pearls to the centers. Then I topped the whole thing off with some PTI Blush polka dot ribbon.

So that's that for this Monday. We've got a week to go and then we are headed to Whistler Canada for a little vacation. It will be nice to get away.
