Just some Cards
Nothing special going on in my life. Sometimes I wish I had more exciting things to share with you, some sort of juicy tidbit or a piece of drama. But to be honest, my life is pretty mundane. Its very routine, more so of course because of the kiddos... I guess that's what the soap shows are for. No bon bons for me though.
Here are a few cards that I am willing to share with you all. I've been making 2 sets of 6 for my oldest's school auction this Friday. The sets are quite the eclectic set as well. Lots of different styles, products and colors. I am planning on making a holder for them too. I hope they go to a good home.
Card #1: Cardstock: Aqua Mist, Moss Green (Papertrey ink), Lilac Mist (CTMH), Ink: Sea Breeze, Aloe Vera (VersaMagic), Lilac Mist (CTMH), Stamps: Free Spirit, Happy Birthday (CTMH), Beautiful Blooms (PTI) Other: Ribbon (Michaels) Bling (CTMH), Stampin up! punch, Scor Pal
Card #2: Cardstock: GP white, Lilac Mist (CTMH), Green Moss, Aqua Mist (PTI), Ink: Lilac Mist (CTMH), Twinkling H20's, Stamps: Beautiful Blooms, Women of Life (PTI) Other: Cuttlebug embossing folder, Ribbon (PTI), Scor Pal
Card #3: Cardstock: GP white, Indian Corn Blue (CTMH), Ink: Hollyhock, Garden Green (CTMH), Stamps: Women of Life (PTI), Other: Ribbon (CTMH), Rectangle Scallop nestabilities, Buttons (CTMH), Scor Pal
Thanks for checking it out :)

Hi Katie, these cards are wonderful! I know what you mean about having stuff to share. I want to be all sophiticated and witty, but at the end of the day I really only have my husband and kids to talk about. Maybe we should just start making stuff up! But I will tell you one thing I am so grateful to be mostly free of drama and I am 95% sure you probably feel the same way. Have a wonderful evening.
Smiles, Laura
Hi Katie, these are super nice-- I'm really liking these stamps. I agree w/Laura too. Sometimes it's hard to believe that anyone's actually reading my blog not that I have much interesting to say lol.
Hi Katie! I love the cards, they're all so cute, I think they'll be a big hit at the auction. The flowers with the buttons are so sweet!!!

Such a great idea! We're having a fund rasier at my son's school as well. I think I'll take your cue and do the same. But how do you make a card holder?
Katie...you can't call them "just some cards" because they are beautiful as always! Are you excited for the new CDS sets? I am!!
