***sidenote here*** it's very late here and when I did this card, posted, etc and then I came to double check it, I realized that I had used the wrong image for my sentiment. Ack!!! Oh well... Well, it can be a jungle out there! Its a good thing that there are cute creatures like this one to give you hug and maybe a human one too! Isn't this little guy adorable. I haven't gotten to use him much, but thought he would look great on this week's sketch that Lauren Meader posted on her blog.
I kept the whole thing pretty simple. Not terribly sure I love this card, but its cute and will cheer up someone's day for sure. I would like to try a different of version of this sketch if I have time.
Cardstock: Autumn Terracotta, Olive (CTMH)
Printed Paper: Expedition (CTMH)
Ink: Black (CTMH)
Stamps: Monkey Love - C.C. Designs Rubber Stamps
Other: Prisma watercolor pencils, Cricut (ovals and grass at bottom - the shapely stuff not the messy stuff (haha), and computer sentiment (its a jungle out there)
Hope your out of the JUNGLE for now!!!
