Clear Dollar Stamps July Sneak Peeks Day 1

Hey everyone! Its time for sneak peeks for Clear Dollar Stamps. Lori created several great background and background builder sets for next month. I know you'll really like them, especially if you enjoy creating your own custom backgrounds. You can see what they look like in full over on Lori's blog - Clearly iStamp and check out the last installment of the Clearly Coordinating Collection (Winter Solice).

Striped Background * Bitty Builder Background * Diamond Circle Background

This first card I'd like to share shows how I created my own background using the Striped Background and the chisel end of my Copic Markers. The stamp is such a simple one and so easy to use. I'm all about easy and zero fussiness.

Recipe
Stamps/Images: Striped Background, scenic trees, formal sentiments
Cardstock/Paper: cottonball white, mustard seed, spring leaf, fresh papaya
Ink/Markers: black, olive (ctmh), Copics: YG97, YR31, YR23
Accents/Tools: twine, SU! word window punch

My next card uses Bitty Builder Background. This little gem of stamp set is just pure fun. So many choices and any combination is right.

Ink/Markers: CTMH ink, Copics: YR17, RV11, RV04, RV14
Accents/Tools: oval punch, oval nesties, grape jelly ribbon, sponging tool

My last two cards uses the stamp called Diamond Circle Background. This is a large single stamp measuring a whopping 5"x5". Its perfect for creating an easy background for all your cards.

My second card I added some fun bling to really jazz it up! I stamped and then followed my stamped image and used my sewing machine to stitch right over the lines.
