Well, I've got a couple of things to share!!! First, Happy Thanksgiving and I hope everyone is having a great day. I've got a simple and quick card to share as well as a personal picture!
Our plans were to head on over to Seaside Oregon where my Mom got condos for our entire family - all 15 of us and later to be 19 of us. We decided to go early and left on Tuesday after Hunter got out of school. Things went well and we fianlly made it down here.
Got up on Wednesday took the kids down to the beach and fun was had by all. Here is a picture of Hunter and his cousin Bryson.
Nate running away from the wave that was very far away!
And one last one of the boys playing. The one toy that the boys had to bring was their light saber.
Then Kevin and I went out on a grocery run and when we got back, came to the realization that Nate was really hurt. My niece had called while we were gone and said that Nate had been pushed off the bed while they boys were wrestling around and hurt his thumb... that is what I heard... when in fact he had hurt his arm. My sister and neice did a great job keeping him calm but we realized he was really injured.
So off the the emergency room we went and yeppers... broken arm. He has a fracture in the olna and the break is pretty deep in the joint. He got a splint put on and some meds and we are headed back home today with an appointment to see the doctor on Friday am. Hope for the best, although we were hoping for dislocation when we went to the ER.
Anyway, we are all good and we did get a brief but nice visit. Here's a couple of pics of the little kiddo at the ER with his splint and sling, which is way too big.
Chow for now... lol... get it chow... I'm thinking turkey!

Katie, sorry to hear about your little ones broken arm. No fun over the holidays, or ever, of course. I am taking my coffee break before all the excitement begins. Hope your day is great.
I love your card, Katie. That PTI set is so pretty! I'm sorry to hear about your son's broken arm, though. Ahhh, holiday memories!! LOL!!
