Papercraft Planet (PCP) Color Challenge Featured Card

Hi everyone! Thanks to everyone that was able to participate in this past weekends color or lack of color challenge. If you didn't get a chance to play along, don't worry, there will be another one next weekend.

Everyone did a great job with the challenge and because we had a light group this past weekend, I decided to link all the participants.

You can see Tricia's card HERE... simply elegant.
You can see Christi's card HERE... ooohhh the shimmer
You can see Grace's card HERE... simply purrrfect
You can see Pamela's card HERE... so blissfully peaceful
You can see Carol's card HERE... so light and fluttery
You can see Cassie's card HERE... so chillingly beautiful

And my choice of featured card is Gloria's card. I have to say that all the ladies did a fantastic job with the color challenge. We all had a very dominant theme in most of our cards and that is that WHITE is a great way to use those embossing folders. So the reasoning for my choosing Gloria's card specifically didn't have anything to do with colors but rather something completely different.

I chose Gloria's card for purely selfish reasons. I loved how she was able to incorporate your sentiment on the front of her card in such a unique way.

This can sometimes be the hardest thing to do and I often leave my sentiments off until the very last thing and then I am often at a loss as to how to balance it after I've created a balanced (what I think is balanced) card front with the main image and elements. Very clever Gloria.

I'd like to thank Gloria and all the other participants for playing along.

Remember, come join us next week.
