Clear Dollar Stamps Sneak Peek #2 -- Post 1

Good morning everyone. Yay, I have samples to share with you today. Remember that Lori at Clearly iStamp has the full reveals of today's and yesterday's sneak peeks. The stamps being released today are Bee-utiful Ballerina, Angel Ballerina, Sails Subs & Tugs, and Nice Neighborhood.

The first stamp set that I'll be sharing with you is called Nice Neighborhood. I love house stamps and this is will be one that will work for all sorts of occasions. It is a great one for coloring or paper piecing, which is what I did here. I stamped on the blue cardstock and cut the main house out. Then I stamped again and used my Copics to color in the rooftop and the windows. The windows are popped off the card with dimensionals.

I added some stitching on the ribbon and in between the strips of ribbon as well as on the edges of the card. Did you notice how cute that paper is?

My next card uses the same stamp set, but the moving truck image. I thought I would make a completely different type of card and created a boy's card with it. This set is quite versatile.

I colored the trucks in with Copics and paired it with some nice bold paper and ribbon.

Don't forget that this is only one of three posts today so make sure to check out all the sneak peeks.

Here is the list of the other DT members that have sneak peeks posted today.

Thanks for stopping by!

Hi Katie, so so cute! Love how you sewed the ribbon all folded up. Great idea! I really loved how you thought out of the box with the trucks and made a boy card. That never even crossed my mind. Great cards! Keep up all the creativity!!

Hi Katie! What cute "Nice Neighborhood" sneak peeks! Love the multi-colored trucks and the coordinating ribbon on the second sample, and the first sample with your popped-up windows on your house is adorable! Very cute!

And, would you look at the "Sails, Subs & Tugs" sneak peeks! Wow! I can't make up my mind which one I like best...love the blue one with the distressed circle...cute colors and layout. And the first one with the deeper colors is supercute, too! Love the life preserver touches, Katie...how clever!
