So Very Grateful

Hi everyone! Well, its drizzly here again and kind of chilly. I am definitely ready for sun!

Check this card out! I can't say why, but I love how this card turned out. I used the Art Deco Medallion set from Clear Dollar Stamps again (you can see the brighter version here).

I essentially did the same thing as the other card, but I didn't use the grid as the background. I went without and it turned out just as good. I also used different sized stamps... I think I used 3 or 4 different sized stamps and the same amount of different green inks too.
This is actually the second card I made with my stamped design. The first one I used the design itself as the focus. With this card, I punched out my design. I had originally wanted to create those circle flowers, but I just wasn't feeling it so this is what I ended up with. I just took my scissors and snipped all the way around. The buttons are from Basic Grey and I used hemp for the button centers.

The sentiment is from a personal set of mine and I did squish just a bit too hard. You have to be really careful with pigment ink and pressure.

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful Thursday!

Katie this is gorgeous. Just love those two decorative circles with all the snipping around it. Hope the sun shines soon. Hugs from Desire

When I look at the original clear dollar set I do not see the floral medallion on the right side of your card. I don't see any with a floral pattern in that stamp set. Help, please! I love that pattern.
