Ladies in the Limelight Sketch and Product Challenge

Hey there ladies and gents (I know you are out there)! It is that time again! Today is Thursday and its time for the Limelight Papercrafts Sketch and Product Challenge. Today's challenge is meant to simplify your life - K.I.S.S.... Keep It Simple Stamper! This is direct from our own lovely Limelight Lady Brandi herself who keeps us going with these fabulous challenges and sketches.

Here are the rules:
  • Sketch and Product Challenge with a focus on "bling" (glitter, stickles, fibers, rhinestones, pearls, etc.). Even better if you use Limelight products, but no worries if you haven't purchased anything yet... Use from your stash!
  • The winning participant will receive a package of sparkle fibers at Limelight Papercrafts!
  • Entries are submitted by posting a comment and a link to the card or online gallery at Mandy's blog.
  • All entries must be submitted by Sunday,September 7th at midnight.
  • Uploads to SCS should have the keyword: LLPC003
Here is my sample of the sketch and product challenge.

{Recipe} Cardstock: CTMH Colonial White, Designer Paper: Basic Grey Sugared, Ink: Papertrey ink's Moss Green, Dark Chocolate, Stamps: Unity Co.'s Tiny Trinity and Mix Up of Cuteness, Other: Cricut Expression Die Cut machine, Stickles, Sewing, SU! Photo Corner Punch

I started with a plain cardstock base and stamped a tree from Unity Co.'s Tiny Trinity. The sentiment is also from a Unity set called Mix Up of Cuteness. The paper is Basic Grey's Sugared. I jazzed up the whole ensemble with some stickles. Everything that I've just mentioned can be found at Limelight Papercrafts! Mandy has lots of great bling and all sorts of other goodies. Shipping is FREE with only a $35 purchase - I've said it once, twice, and I'll say it again - I LOVE FREE Shipping! Plus, Mandy usually always has some cool extra incentive for you too.

Just a few other tidbits with the card that I want to share. The tree and the apple were cut by my Cricut Expression and I used my cuttlebug embossing folder to add some interest to the tree.

Make sure you go visit these Limelight Ladies for even more inspiration.
