Good morning everyone! Today's post is a quickie - just getting ready to leave. I found a stroller to borrow - yeah for my twins group. I'm not sure why I didn't ask earlier, but I have one now for free :)
I'm still on a dress mission - that is just a scary story...
So, this card is a sympathy card. My
sent me an e-mail last week letting me know that an old neighbor or ours who also happened to be one of my high school teachers passed away. My mom is still in touch with his wife and had an address for me, so I thought I would send a card.
This set is a Stampin Up set that I borrowed from my real/blogger friend Kim. Its called Heartfelt Thanks, but I thought it worked very well for a sympathy card too. The sentiment "sympathy" is from one of my CTMH sets and the inside says "may loving memories ease the pain of your heart".
Thanks for stopping by and visiting and have a great day!
Recipe:

Ink: Lilac Mists, Spring Iris, Grey Wool (CTMH)

I like this one.
Did the 2nd dress not work??? Are we going to the mall again tonight? Glad you have a stroller to borrow- I never thought about twins club either but it makes perfect sense, doesn't it!!!
This is Soooooooo pretty katie! I love how nice and calming the blue colors are and it's a really appropriate sympathy card. Just beautiful! I feel like these kids of cards are hard to make sometimes-you don't want them to be too " happy" or bright looking. Beautiful Job! Twins club huh? have we discussed this? I have twins too!
this is awesome Katie! so pretty
