Gina K Challenges

Ha! I had planned on saying Good Morning, but now its Good Afternoon or even close to Good Evening for many of you. (Well, now its really late...) Oh well onto business :)

Gina K had another release last week and that means new challenges for her release party. These are always fun to do and a great reason to get those stamps out.

This first card was a circle challenge and a bit unusual for me, but lots of fun. Its pretty cut and dried. I used nesties to cut out my large circle and circle punches for the smaller ones. All the paper and cardstock are from my CTMH collection and the stamp set is Gina K's Comfort and Peace set.

The next card is a sketch challenge and I decided to use Gina's Owl Always Love You set. As soon as I saw this set, I immediately thought of twins when I saw the 2 owls together, but for this card, I used the stamp with one owl but two eggs. I stamped the image and then masked the entire thing off and added what I think would be a "Daddy" owl. I then stamped the image again on extra paper and cut the eggs out and used pop dots to get some extra dimension. I also used Papertrey ink's Polka Dot Basics to add a bit to the background paper. I used the three main baby colors so the card can be used for any sex(es).

And finally, my third challenge card is very straight forward. Again, it uses a Gina K set. This one is called Happy Harvest and will make great fall cards this year. I used Copics to color in my image along with CTMH papers and ribbon.
