Papertrey ink Blog Hop - Transparency

Woo Hoo! Another BLOG HOP - I can't believe it came so soon. Ok, I don't have anything "out of the box", but rather, I just have a box (haha). Boy, I know that I'm not that funny, but a girl's gotta try...

Anyway, I LOVE to make nugget boxes (Scor-pal) as little gifts and of course that means I have to use PTI's Limitless Labels set, so this time because the challenge was to use transparencies, I decided to make my nugget box all clear. I LOVE (wow, I guess its just a love fest tonight - please forgive) being able to see the pretty nugget labels without having to slide the case off. I added a bit of "bedding" of shredded cardstock and the whole project looks great because of the gorgeous Plum Pudding. I (heart) Plum Pudding with the Lavender Moon. Its purple, but not PURPLE - I know that you know what I mean.

So, I had to make a matching card and am quite pleased with the way it turned out. Again, nothing innovative here, just a pretty card. Here is the card closed:

And here is the card open so you can see the inside sentiment and the nugget box with it.
Finally, a close up of the nugget box.

Thanks for hopping by and I can't wait to see rest!

Everything is PTI unless noted.
Cardstock: Plum Pudding, Lavender Moon, Vintage Cream, Transparency, Ink: Plum Pudding, Lavender Moon, Stamps: Borders and Corners, Limitless Labels, Birthday Basics, Beautiful Blooms, Other: PTI Ribbon, SU! Tag Punches, Hole Punch, Scor-Pal, Paper Piercer,

I would be so happy to receive this. It is truly beautiful, I would never even eat the nuggets. OK, that's a lie. But I would hold off as long as possible! Thanks for sharing your beautiful project with us!

I love how the lavender and plum mats look like they're on the front, until you see the card open and realize they're on the inside. It's all very lovely!

WOW!I need a tutorial! Did you just use the same measurements on the scorpal website and use acetate to do it? I REALLY like it! And the card looks great, too! TFS~
