Dear friends,
I just wanted to update you and let you know all is well. I ended up yesterday being extremely dehydrated and went to the ER and ended up spending the night there. I am home now feeling 1 million times better and ready to take the rest of the month on with full gusto.
Thank you once again for showering me with you protection. I have some "fun" medical pictures to share and more details about the events of the last 24 hours soon to come!!!

Phew, Katie! I've been fretting over you all day, too. One time when I was super dehydrated Chris set up an IV at home for me-- and I will never, ever forget how amazing the cold fluid felt going into my veins. Instantly better.

Many years ago I was hospitalized for dehydration. I remember how very awful I felt. AND, what a difference the IV fluids made.
